Who am I?
It feels a bit ridiculous at my age to ask this question, but as I work to become an artisan, I find myself asking myself this question. So, who am I? What is my style? What does my artwork say?
For me, finding my style is critical if I want to say, ‘I am an artist’. Every artist I’ve admired has a style. At times that style changes and I may or may not like it. But others prefer the change.
I found this course from Design Cuts very helpful:
How To Find Your Signature Artistic Style – Design Cuts

Lisa Glanz has a specific style, and I found the course helpful. However, the suggested use is with Procreate. For many of the courses, you can use other software or traditional methods.
So, I am now armed with my ‘colours’, themes, and messages. It’s time to work! I’ll share my choices in another post.
